Lux Tux opens with bergamot and crisp apple brightened by green violet leaf, refined from the very first breath. The heart deepens into damask rose and jasmine touched with black pepper, elegant with just enough edge. The dry-down settles into vanilla, patchouli, and sandalwood — smooth, luxe, and quietly commanding. It’s black-tie polish with a wink of rebellion, tailored for a night that matters. Suit up — this one’s the finishing touch.

Sweet and aromatic, this spicy, sweet vanilla blend does not, to my nose, smell particularly like either my OG of Layton (while the vanilla, apple, and lavender notes are present, it is missing the menthol note that makes Layton so incredible) or Tuxedo (it has the sweet, spicy cinnamon notes, but missing the woody/rose vibe). But all is forgiven because it smells expensive and classy exactly as it is, regardless of whether it nails Layton or Tuxedo. Not a powerful projector, so you will want more than one spray, but lasts many hours, so it is on my quick-reach shelf. Thanks, Matt.
