By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or purchasing from Mirror Image Fragrances LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

💳 Payment Methods

  • Mirror Image Fragrances accepts payment through the payment methods made available at checkout.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, Cash App, or other available checkout providers.
  • Mirror Image Fragrances LLC does not store full payment card details on our website.
  • Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.

🛒 Orders & Fulfillment

  • All products are made-to-order and handcrafted in small batches. Please allow a processing time of 10-15 business days before shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their cart, scent selections, bottle size, shipping address, email address, and order details before completing checkout.
  • Order change requests are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. Because products are made-to-order, cancellation or change requests may be denied once production has started.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order at our discretion.
  • Order updates will be sent via email once your order is placed and shipped.
  • Scent perception is personal and subjective. Disliking a fragrance, expecting an exact match to another fragrance, blind-buying a scent that does not match your personal taste, or experiencing normal scent differences due to skin chemistry, maceration, or personal preference does not qualify as a defect.
  • We recommend purchasing a smaller size first when trying a fragrance for the first time.

🧴 Bottle Size, Hand Filling & Visual Fill Level

  • All Mirror Image Fragrances products are handcrafted and built individually inside the bottle.
  • Because each bottle is filled by hand, and because glass thickness, bottle shape, sprayer displacement, collar fit, and safe headspace can vary between manufacturing batches, the visible fill level may not look identical from bottle to bottle.
  • Bottle sizes are based on the bottle style and intended fill capacity for that product. Each bottle is filled to the appropriate safe fill level for that bottle style to allow room for the sprayer, collar, closure, and normal handling during shipping.
  • Some bottles may appear slightly higher or lower than others, and some may contain slightly more than the listed size due to normal handcrafted filling variation.
  • Minor differences in visual fill level, headspace, bottle appearance, or bottle capacity do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective, damaged, or underfilled.
  • By purchasing from Mirror Image Fragrances LLC, you acknowledge that our products are handmade in small batches and that normal bottle, fill, scent, color, shimmer, packaging, and appearance variations may occur.

📦 Shipping

  • We primarily ship within the United States using trusted carriers.
  • Due to fragrance shipping requirements, orders may be shipped by ground transportation only.
  • Mirror Image Fragrances LLC does not currently ship internationally.
  • Tracking information will be provided when available.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Mirror Image Fragrances LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, routing issues, failed delivery attempts, delivery errors, weather delays, address issues, or other events outside of our control.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Delivered Packages

  • Mirror Image Fragrances LLC takes reasonable care to package orders securely before shipment.
  • If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mirrorimagefragrances.com. Photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage may be required for review.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact your local carrier or post office first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the package has been delivered.
  • If a package appears to be lost in transit, the customer may be required to file a claim directly with the carrier and provide the claim number before any replacement, refund, or additional review is considered.
  • Carrier claim timelines may vary. A package may not be considered officially lost until the carrier completes its investigation or the required claim period has passed.
  • If optional package protection, shipping insurance, or carrier insurance is offered at checkout and declined by the customer, Mirror Image Fragrances LLC may not be responsible for replacement or refund of lost, stolen, or damaged packages beyond what the carrier provides.

📬 Returned Packages & Reshipment

  • If a package is returned to Mirror Image Fragrances LLC due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, or customer error, the customer is responsible for any reshipment cost.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
  • Returned packages will not be reshipped until the applicable reshipment fee has been paid.
  • If a returned package is not claimed or reshipment is not paid within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be considered abandoned.

📬 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrances and personal-use products, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, sprayed, used, altered, shipped, or once production has started on a made-to-order item.

Once a fragrance product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold due to safety and product integrity concerns.

If you experience an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mirrorimagefragrances.com.

Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required to review damaged, incorrect, or missing item claims. Approved resolutions may include replacement, correction, store credit, refund, or another resolution at our discretion.

Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement, correction, or review.

  • By submitting a review or uploading media, including photos or videos, you agree that your content may be publicly displayed on our website.
  • By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you grant Mirror Image Fragrances LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, edit, repost, and distribute that content for website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
  • We reserve the right to moderate, edit, decline, or remove content that includes profanity, harassment, false claims, private information, unlawful content, spam, misleading statements, or content unrelated to the product.
  • We do not remove truthful reviews solely because they are negative.

  • Mirror Image Fragrances LLC does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, brand names, or fragrance names referenced for comparison.

All Mirror Image Fragrances products are handcrafted using cosmetic-grade ingredients intended for external use only. Individual sensitivities, allergies, and skin reactions can vary from person to person.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information and performing a patch test prior to regular use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, broken skin, and sensitive areas. Keep away from children and pets. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Due to the proprietary nature of our fragrance blends and formulations, Mirror Image Fragrances LLC does not disclose exact formula percentages, supplier formulas, or proprietary blend details. Customers with known sensitivities may contact us at support@mirrorimagefragrances.com with questions before purchasing.

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our Allergen Statement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirror Image Fragrances LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, improper use, or misuse of any product.

If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
